DAY 1:
A Wine-day in Monferrato
- A pre-lunch wine tasting in the cellers of Azienda Vitivinicola Bava in
Cocconato.
- Lunch at Agriturismo Rosengana
- Sightseeing at The Vezzolano Abbey.
- Pre dinner wine tasting at Pianfiorito in Albugnano.
- Dinner at "Da Maria's" in Zanco or " I Binari" at Settime
- Back to your hotel the Castle of Razzano or La Violina for a grappa
before bedtime.
DAY 2:
A Tour of Asti
- Breakfast in your hotel.
- Sightseeing tour of the historical section of Asti.
- Light lunch at the Enotecha "Roma" in Costigliole
- A truffle hunt with Gianni and his specially trained dogs
- An apéritif at the charming Asti wine-bar 3 Bicchieri.
- A gourmet dinner with the truffles you find in Asti with well known Chef Ezio
at the restaurant "L'Oscar"
- Back to your hotel for a grappa before bedtime.
DAY 3:
A Wine-day in Langhe:
- Breakfast in your hotel.
- A wine tasting in the cellers of the Marchesi di Gresy in Barbaresco.
- Lunch in Barbaresco at "L'Antica Torre" or in Alba at Piazza Duomo.
- A visit to the Castello di Barolo for a tour and tasting or a visit to the G.B.
Burlotto cellars at Verduno
- Back to your hotel for a grappa before bedtime.
*3 nights based on double occupancy €750 per person, all inclusive +
transportations
*Extra nights are available at €100 per person (half board)
*Restaurants serve truffles by weight. The truffle is weighed before and after
shaving and you pay the difference according to a fixed price.
House wines are included with the dinners. Premium wines are available with a
surcharge.
*Upgrade to a luxury suite ( Razzano's) is available for a € 250 surcharge.
