White Truffle Hunts! Starting in the Autumn of 2006, Buon Gusto Tours will be offering authentic white truffle hunts in the Monferrato. Come with us and help local characters and their specially trained dogs locate the prized white truffles of the Piemonte. A typical truffle hunting evening goes like this: A multi-course regional dinner at a specially selected local restaurant. A late night drive into the secret private hunting grounds of our master truffle hunter to find the elusive fungi. Back to your B&B for a late night Grappa. Once found truffles may be purchased at a very special rate from your guide. ~ € 150 per person: all inclusive, for the dinner with wines and private truffle hunt.
